what can we do: |
WRITE: When we start writing our project, we outline a synopsis after having duly researched on our subject. We then go on the spot to confront our understanding of the subject with facts and define further our hypothesis.
We try to put into our texts that little additional dimension that makes our work human and personal.
FILM: we record sounds and capture images with a taste for perfection and hope to achieve the best of objectivity. But we are also able to select the way in which we want to communicate and thus, add to the filming our filmmaker’s point of view.
We like to shoot a film and remain hidden observers as much as can be in order not to interfere as little as possible and capture authenticity. We thus work in small numbers. Our team is usually limited to three people : film director, cameraman, sound ingeneer.
ELABORATE CONCEPT:we think about the best way to present and film a given subject taking into consideration the markets’ eventual constraints and specificities.
We think about who the ultimate receivers and watchers will be, those who «finish the film» as Jean Renoir used to call the audience. We pu tour creativity at your disposal in order to offer you something different, something that will stand out and look like you.
We listen to you.
EDIT: Editing images should take into consideration the internal rythm that each shot captured and should be assembled with a logic that presents the purpose of the film in a clear way. We beleive devices and gimmics are not essential. The best editing work is the one that disappears and leaves it to rythm to play the best part.
